Our underwear is designed for stress incontinence. It absorbs smaller amounts of liquid per leak, up to the specific styles maximum absorbency.

Our underwear has a built in absorbent pad which is composed of 3 layers:

• The inner layer lets the moisture pass through
• The middle absorbent layer moves the urine to the
  sides to prevent pooling. This layer is treated with
  an anti-bacterial solution that inhibits bacterial
  growth, protecting your skin and preventing odor.
• The bottom waterproof layer contains the moisture
  and prevents it leaking through to your clothes.
