Probably my fault for not ordering a size bigger but they are rather uncomfortable. The back sits very low & is irritating. Don’t know why they have a sleeve in them but it causes an area for leakage.

Owing to my husband’s incontinence, I still have to add a disposable liner to the briefs, but I understand it is not meant to be use as fully leakproof in the light of my husband’s Parkinson’s. The big plus point is that I only use a disposable diaper at night time for him, and that lessened the big bags of throwaways . Thank you for your prompt delivery of the products.
