1. Are the underwear only available online?

2. How do I know my size and what if they don’t fit?
Our sizes are based on Hip (ladies) and waist (men) measurements in cm’s. Our sizing guide is available on each of the product pages of our website or you can CLICK HERE. We are always available to assist with advice on sizing.
3. Can they replace disposable diapers and is the pad separate?
The underwear have been deisgned for bladder leaks only, abnd are not suitable for full bladder or bowel incontinence, so they are an excellent replacement for disposable pads but not diapers.
The underwear looks and feels like regular underwear, and has a Built-In absorbent pad. This pad can’t be removed and is washed and worn as a single garment. The underwear is washable 200 times.
4. How do I wash them?
We recommend soaking the underwear after use, gently wringing them out and then adding them to your regular washing. We recommend that you don’t use fabric softener or bleach. We have a wash-bag which protects the underwear during the washing cycle and helps them last even longer. We also have a biodegradable, anti-bacterial washing liquid that works very well, however these do need need to be used.
5. How many do I need to buy?
This depends on how often you are going to wear them and how often you do the washing. Due to the amazing absorbing ability they do absorb water during washing which means that they need time to dry. Most of our customers order between 2-4 and then they only need to buy every 6-18 months depending on their needs.
